What you need for this position:

  • 2-4 years of web-based technical experience
  • 1 year of customer support experience preferred
  • Work-related project management experience
  • Must Be Entrepreneurial Minded.  Working on your own pet project is encouraged!
  • Must be professional, highly motivated and able to thrive in a multi-task environment
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professional demeanor working with clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and third-party web products
  • Comfortable and experienced working in a team environment or working individually
  • Able to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related experience
  • Strong Experience with and its related extensions/components is a huge plus

What you'll be doing:

  • Build websites using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
  • Perform coding, testing, documentation and implementation of websites including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and search engine optimization
  • Provide ideas to improve client websites and other web related products
  • Manage time sensitive website updates in a fast paced environment
  • Provide web knowledge and support for internal and external clients with varying levels of technical understanding
  • Be a mentor for team members, assisting with the development of technical and customer service skills, including training
  • Manage special projects, including project scope, implementation and on-time delivery
  • Recommend process improvements and product enhancements to Management
  • Complete quality assurance for client websites and new product releases
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
