Recent college graduate Laura Goede brings an infectious and outgoing personality to the Think Big team. As a summer associate at Think Big Partners, Laura's ongoing determination, passion for entrepreneurship and creative mind bring vibrancy to the bizperc coworking space.
Laura graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing. While at Mizzou, Laura participated in the American Marketing Association and the University of Missouri Marketing Forum while actively involved in the Delta Gamma sorority. Additionally, Laura volunteered at the Columbia Art League where she helped to promote events and market the organization.
Laura excelled beyond Columbia and brought her expertise to Kansas City after graduation in 2011. Her passion for business and fashion led her to Hemline, a woman's clothing store on the Plaza. As a sales associate since 2006, Laura has provided customer service, restocked merchandise, maintained inventory, and helped to plan Hemline promotional events and fashion shows.
Bringing her knowledge in sales, public relations and event planning to the table, Laura joined the Think Big Partners team as a summer associate in May of 2011. While working at Think Big Partners, Laura uses her can-do attitude and willingness to try new things to help market bizperc, TBP and other startups throughout the Kansas City area. By implementing core social media strategies, Laura helps maintain the Twitter, Facebook and Blogger accounts for Think Big Partners, Think Big Kansas City and bizperc.
