Think Big created a Smart Technology Solutions Roadmap for the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) in response to an issued RFP.
Think Big conducted a Feasibility Analysis that provided vision, analysis and recommendations through its design thinking inspired reverse innovation process (PRISM) on how the KCATA could become a transportation innovation leader while also re-inventing their service offering. This master planning will help modernize operations to better serve the community through the use of IoT and Smart Technologies.
